Delete your 27Parser™ account

You do not need the app installed to make this request.

You can delete your account and the data held against it at any time, and you can do it yourself. This page explains the three ways to do that, exactly what is removed, what is kept, and for how long.

1. From inside the app

Open 27Parser™ → your profile → Account & settings → Delete account. You will be asked for your password and to type the word DELETE. The deletion happens immediately.

3. By email — no app, no account access needed

Email help@27parser.com from the address your account uses, with the subject Delete my 27Parser account. We will confirm the request and complete it within 30 days. If you write from a different address we will ask you to verify the account address first, because otherwise anyone could delete anyone's account by email.

What is deleted

Permanently, and it cannot be undone:

Your account record — name, email address, and the stored hash of your password.
Your assessment responses and results — every answer, your Parser Profile™, and your Parser ID.
Your saved work — practices, saved reads, and anything held in your library.
Your subscription record — the row that grants access to paid content.
Invitations — any Life Partners request naming you, on either side.

What is kept, and why

Order records — the product bought, the amount, and the status — are retained as financial records, as tax and accounting law requires. Your email address is stripped from them at the moment of deletion and replaced with a random, non-routable value, so what remains is a transaction and not a person.

We never held your card details. Payments are processed by Stripe, or by Apple or Google for in-app purchases, and card numbers never reach our servers.

Ordinary server logs may contain an IP address for a short period as a security measure. They are not indexed by account and age out on their own.

Your subscription

If you subscribed on the website (through Stripe), deleting your account cancels the subscription automatically. That happens before anything is deleted — if the cancellation fails, nothing is deleted and your account is left untouched.

If you subscribed in the app (through the App Store or Google Play), we cannot cancel it for you — only the store can. Cancel it in your device subscription settings first, or you will keep being charged for a subscription attached to an account that no longer exists.
