These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you (“you,” “your,” or “Customer”) and Cognition Blocks LLC (“Cognition Blocks,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), the owner of the Parser Profile™ assessment, the Couples Analysis, and the underlying Cognition Blocks Intelligence (CBI) Framework. By purchasing, accessing, or using any assessment or report offered at cognitionblocksllc.com (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms.
When you purchase a Parser Profile™ or Couples Analysis from Cognition Blocks LLC, you are buying a personal license to access and use your individual results. Specifically:
You are purchasing a license to view and use these results for your own personal benefit. You are not purchasing ownership of the report, the assessment, the framework, the methodology, or any underlying intellectual property.
The Parser Profile™ assessment, the Couples Analysis, the CBI Framework, the questions, the scoring methodology, the profile content, the named profile types, and all related text, design, and systems are the exclusive property of Cognition Blocks LLC. They are protected by:

On screenshots and quotes: Sharing a brief screenshot of your profile type and headline (for example, the “Phrase That Hits Home”) privately or as a personal social post is fine. What is not permitted is posting the full report text or enough of it that others can read your results instead of purchasing their own. When in doubt, ask us.
Your results are built on years of original research and a copyrighted system. Publicly reposting full reports undercuts the work and lets others bypass the assessment. We want you to use and benefit from your results — and even share them with the people close to you. We just ask that you not publish them to the world. This section is meant to make the rule clear, not to limit your personal use.
The Parser Profile™ and Couples Analysis are tools for self-understanding and reflection. They are not medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, or financial advice, and they are not a diagnosis of any condition. They are not a substitute for professional care or professional judgment. If you have concerns about your mental health, your relationship, or any clinical matter, please consult a qualified professional.
Because results are delivered digitally and immediately upon completion, all sales are final once results have been generated. Customers may request a re-assessment within 30 calendar days of purchase via teleconference. Please review this policy before purchasing.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered in Virginia, rather than in court, except that either party may seek injunctive relief for infringement or misuse of intellectual property. By accepting these Terms, you agree to resolve disputes through arbitration on an individual basis and waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.
