This Privacy Policy explains what information Cognition Blocks LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects when you use the Parser Profile™ assessment and the analyses offered at cognitionblocksllc.com (the “Service”), how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep this simple on purpose: we collect what the Service needs to work, and nothing more.

1. What We Collect

Account information. When you create an account: your name, email address, and — if you choose to provide it — a mobile number used for account recovery. Your password is stored only as a cryptographic hash; we never store or see the password itself.
Assessment responses and results. Your answers, your scores, the resulting Parser Profile™, and the Parser ID minted when you complete an assessment (it looks like CBI-2026-00042). Analyses you purchase (Dating and Life Partners) are generated from these results.
Purchase records. The product purchased, the amount, and the order status. Payment card details are collected and processed by Stripe, our payment processor, and never touch our servers.
Correspondence. Anything you send us through the inquiry form or by email.

2. How We Use It

To score your assessment, generate your profile and any analyses you purchase, and keep them in your library.
To process payments and confirm orders.
To keep you signed in, and to recover your account if you lose access.
To send service emails — your results, password resets, and order confirmations. We do not send marketing email you haven't asked for.
To respond when you contact us.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

3. Cookies

We use a single authentication cookie to keep you signed in for up to 30 days. It is an HTTP-only cookie that identifies your session and nothing else. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics trackers.

4. Your Parser ID and What Others Can See

Sharing your Parser ID is the consent gate for paired analyses: no one can run a Dating or Life Partners analysis against you without an ID you have handed them. When someone enters a Parser ID, the lookup deliberately returns the minimum — a first name and profile type — and never an email address or raw scores.

5. Service Providers

We share information only with the providers required to run the Service, and only what each one needs:

Stripe — payment processing. Stripe's handling of your card details is governed by Stripe's own privacy policy.
Hosting and database providers — the infrastructure where the Service and its data run.
Email delivery — to send the service emails described above.

Pages on the site also load fonts and interface libraries from content-delivery networks (such as Google Fonts and jsDelivr); those requests share your IP address with the CDN the way any web request does.

6. Children's Privacy

The Service is designed for and directed to adults. It is not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

7. Retention and Deletion

We keep your account information, results, and purchase records while your account is active, so your library keeps working.

You can delete your account and its data yourself, at any time: in the 27Parser™ app under Account & settings → Delete account, or on the website under Settings. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. If you no longer have the app or cannot sign in, email help@27parser.com and we will complete it within 30 days.

8. Security

Traffic to the Service is encrypted in transit. Passwords are stored only as hashes. Access to stored data is limited to what operating the Service requires. No system is perfectly secure, but we build so that the sensitive things — your password, your card details — are things we never hold in the first place.

9. Your Choices

You can use the free assessment and summary without creating an account.
The mobile number at signup is optional.
You can request a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing us.
You decide who receives your Parser ID — and with it, the ability to run an analysis that includes you.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
